Theresa Moore’s impact as an educator is both powerful and far-reaching, and her recognition through the Teacher Incentive Allotment is a reflection of the excellence she brings to her work each day. As a previous TIA designee, Theresa represents the kind of dedication, skill, and heart that defines Celeste ISD at its very best. We are thrilled she was able to move to the highest level offered by TEA.

While the recognition itself is meaningful, Theresa is especially grateful for the ways the TIA allotment has supported her family. It has provided stability and opportunity — strengthening savings and retirement plans, allowing for travel, and creating space to give generously where it matters most. More than anything, it has made it possible for Theresa and her husband, Crawford, to share experiences with their children and grandchildren that might not have otherwise been within reach.

The ability to fund trips and create lasting memories with their family has been one of the greatest blessings. Those moments — time spent together, exploring, laughing, and simply being present — are a reflection of what matters most to Theresa.
