If you’ve noticed your child or teenager struggling, Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) and Children’s Health Virtual Care can help. With STOPit, students have the power to protect themselves and others from harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Celeste ISD offers a comprehensive guidance counseling program whose purpose is to promote and enhance the learning process. The comprehensive school counseling program will support the mission of CISD and will be led by professional school counselors with the support of administrators, staff, parents and community members to focus on academic success, college/career information, and personal/social development. This program includes individual assistance in a proactive manner in response to students' needs. CISD's counseling program is based on the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs. The use of the Texas Model helps to make sure that our school’s comprehensive school counseling program will be effective for all students in support of the mission of Celeste ISD.
