As a middle school math teacher and Tennis Coach at Celeste ISD, Bret Willis has spent years investing in students, helping them build confidence, problem-solving skills, and perseverance both inside and outside the classroom. Known for his steady leadership and genuine care for students, Bret continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people each day.

For Bret, the Teacher Incentive Allotment has made a tremendous difference for his family during an especially busy season of life. With one child involved in travel softball and another preparing for college, the additional financial support has helped ease the pressures that come with supporting growing opportunities and dreams for his children.

More than anything, Bret shared that the allotment has significantly reduced stress for his family. That relief has allowed him to focus even more energy on what matters most — supporting his students and continuing to do the work he cares deeply about.

Celeste ISD is grateful for educators like Bret Willis, whose dedication to students, family, and community continues to make a lasting difference every day.
