For Krista Falco, the Teacher Incentive Allotment has brought more than financial support — it has helped create new opportunities and lasting stability for her family’s future. Through her dedication as an educator, Krista has earned recognition that is making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the classroom.

One of the most significant ways the allotment has changed her life is by helping her and her husband purchase their first home, a milestone that represents years of hard work, commitment, and hope for the future. The additional support has also opened doors for future plans and goals that once may have felt out of reach.

Krista shared that she is deeply grateful for the opportunities the TIA allotment has provided. Her story is a reminder that investing in educators creates ripple effects far beyond the classroom — strengthening families, supporting futures, and helping dedicated teachers continue building meaningful lives within the communities they serve.

Celeste ISD is proud to celebrate Krista Falco and the positive impact she continues to make every day.
