Celeste ISD celebrated the first home game of the season with a “Summer Isn’t Over Yet” Hawaiian Spirit Day. Students across the district showed their Blue Devil pride by dressing in their Hawaiian best and cheering on their teams. Guests enjoyed performances by the cheerleaders and dance team during the pep rally. Coach Rector announced the varsity and junior varsity team captains, and the event concluded with the recognition of the newest CHS letter jacket recipients. Students received their high school letter jackets in acknowledgment of their participation and achievements in athletics, FFA, and UIL.
