Celeste ISD Mourns the Loss of Longtime School Board Member Posted Date: 06/26/2024
Celeste ISD Family and Community:
This past week we lost a treasured member of our Celeste ISD school board, Brian Thompson. Brian served on the school board for the past 15 years, serving as secretary for the past 5 years.
Brian was an amazing person, who loved Celeste ISD, and always brought a calm and caring demeanor into each and every school board meeting. He was one of our strongest supporters, and biggest advocates, and we will dearly miss his presence within our Celeste Blue Devil Family.
As our hearts mourn the loss of Brian, our thoughts and prayers will be with his wonderful wife Julie, children Alania, Jacob, Lindsay, and his mother Jane Thompson.
