Congratulations to the Celeste FFA Livestock Judging team. Members of the team competed on April 13, 2021, at the Area 5 contest. There were 60 teams in the contest with the top five teams getting the automatic qualification for the state contest. Celeste FFA ranked second and qualified for the State FFA Livestock Judging contest to be held on April 26-27 on the Texas A&M campus in College Station. Team members were Raegan Sumrow, Kloe Walker, Paris Walker, and Justin Richey. Individually in the contest, Raegan placed 5^th overall out of 210 contestants, Paris Walker placed 11^th, Justin Richey placed 35^th and Kloe Walker 36^th.  In addition, big thanks goes out to Koby Brown and Madisyn Douglas for traveling and competing on the livestock judging team as well. It took all six members pushing each other to accomplish this goal of making it to State.
