Senior citizens were honored during the annual senior citizen night which was held on August 30th prior to the first home game of the season.  A large crowd came to meet the 2019 cheerleaders, drill team and drum corps.  Sponsors Theresa Moore, Crystal Brown, and Crawford Moore, introduced the members and each performed for the crowd.  Superintendent, Brad Connelly, welcomed the special guests and blessed the food.  After enjoying the lasagna dinner, the seniors were given their season passes for football and basketball home games, and they received a Blue Devil insulated tote in appreciation for their ongoing care and support for Celeste ISD.
