Celeste FFA judging teams have been traveling all over the state of Texas this spring competing in livestock, wool, dairy and horse judging events preparing for the Area 5 CDE contest.  The teams have been to practice contests at Tarleton State in Stephenville, North Central Texas College in Gainesville, Heart of Texas in Waco, West Texas A&M in Canyon, Clarendon College, and the Valley Invitational in Turkey, Texas. 

April 17-19 District/Area Contest Results:

Dairy – Josie Crossland, Britton Evans, Bethany Carter
4th place in District 4, High Point Individual on Team: Britton Evans

Horse –  Jackylnn Jackson, Cheylynn Hill, Cori Jordan
4th place in District 4, High Point Individual on Team: Jacklyn Jackson

Livestock – Kloe Walker, Raegan Sumrow, Cassidy Herron, Jaxson Dillard, Jaycee Brown
1st place in District 4, 10th place in Area 5 – State Qualifier
High Point Individual on Team: Jaxson Dillard (17th out of 336 individuals)

Wool – Morgan Stark, Regan Leroy, Kambrie Hogue, Karalyn Goodman
1st place in District 4, 9th place in Area 5
