FFA Chapter Officers Attend 95th Texas State Convention

Celeste 2023-2024 FFA Chapter Officers, Koby Brown, Madisyn Douglas, Luke Beadles, Linda Beth Norwood, Jahdai Sanchez, Savana Qualls, Abbey Conner attended the 95^th Texas FFA State Convention in Dallas, Texas on July 10-14, 2023.  Highlights of the week include the following:

Luke Beadles competed in the State FFA Public Speaking contest. The top 12 speakers in Texas competed in the Natural Resources division and he placed 4th in that division.

The Lone Star Degree is the highest degree awarded on the state level. Lots of blood, sweat and tears go into earning this award. Congrats to Celeste FFA members Koby Brown, Luke Beadles, and Madisyn Douglas for earning this prestigious award.

Paris walker was attended a luncheon and received her $20,000 scholarship from the Houston Livestock Show. Next stop, Texas Tech University in the Fall. Best of luck to Paris!
