I am currently teaching, for the first year in Celeste, first grade.

I have been teaching since January of 2004. I began my teaching career in Louisiana after graduating college. I moved that summer to Oklahoma and taught first grade for three years. In 2008, I moved to Missouri, in which I taught Kindergarten for five years. Then in 2013, I moved to the great state of Texas and began teaching students ranging from Preschool/PreK – 2^nd grade in Wolfe City. I must say, I have loved the experiences I have had with all the grades.

I have been married for 19 years and we have two terrific children born four years apart. My husband is the pastor of First Baptist Church of Wolfe City and we love serving at our church. We have had one dog for a few years, but recently added another fur baby in January of this year. 

When I’m not teaching, I love watching movies with family and friends while eating popcorn or ice cream. My hobbies include reading books, when I can, and exercising.
