Breeding Gilts, Market Broilers & Swine Show at State Fair

Hunter Bolton represented the Celeste FFA opening weekend at the State Fair of Texas. He took his 2 breeding gilts to show. He had a great weekend in the show ring.  On Monday, September 30^th, Celeste FFA members Madisyn Douglas, Ty Jackson and Koby Brown exhibited chickens in the market broiler show.  They all did well in a very competitive event.  Ty Jackson placed 25^th with his market cockerels, and congratulations to Koby Brown for making the Big Tex Youth Livestock Auction with his 7^th place pen of market pullets.  On October 1^st, Jaycee and Koby Brown participated in the market swine show.  They did a great job!  Lots more to come over the next 3 weeks for the Celeste FFA.
