UIL Students Compete at Miller Grove Academic UIL Invitational

Celeste High School students competed in the Miller Grove UIL Invitational Academic Meet on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.  The UIL participants included Karalyn Goodman, Madison Watkins, Sydney Ford, Renee Gray, Josie Crossland, Logan McCord, Madisson Jones, Chad Davidson, Cori Jordan, Jake Tomlinson, Matthew Bates, Jared Sherwin and Dylan Tenney.  The district academic UIL contest will be held at Trenton High School on Saturday, March 30, 2019.

Celeste had several students place in the contest.  Josie Crossland; 2^nd Place Prose, Renee Gray; 3^rd Place Poetry, Madison Watkins; 6^th Place Poetry, Chad Davidson; 2^nd Place Spelling and Dylan Tenney; 6^th Place Spelling.
