Clifford the Big Red Dog made an appearance at the book fair family night!
Celeste Students, families and community members were invited to attend the Beta Club Scholastic Book Fair Family Night on Monday, November 29, 2010. Families shopped the book fair and enjoyed eating cake, drinking lemonade, listening to stories read by CHS book club members and pictures with Clifford the Big Red Dog. Some attendees were lucky winners of book fair door prizes. The Celeste High School Beta Club sponsors this event each year to help raise money for Beta Club scholarships that are given out during high school graduation, and the Celeste ISD libraries also benefit from the book fair by earning free books.
